Your Ocean Pines Physical Therapists

Call us at 410-208-6705 today.

Back in Action Physical Therapy of Ocean Pines is an independent, therapist owned clinic. We do not use aides or assistants, all services are provided by a doctor of physical therapy. One on one therapist attention sets us apart from other clinics. We listen to you, and help you achieve your goals. We strive to consistently exceed the expectations of our patients.

Our therapists are highly skilled manual therapists and have special certifications in the treatment of patients with Lymphedema and Parkinson's Disease. Other interests include the treatment of orthopedic conditions such as sprain/strain, tendonitis, post-surgical rehabilitation, conditions of the spine, whiplash type injuries, sports injuries, frozen shoulder and many more!

We take a systematic approach to your care, examining the joint, muscle and surrounding soft tissue to find the root of your problem. Your therapist will then develop a plan of care that will help you achieve your goals. Treatment approaches are tailored to your individual condition, to ensure the best possible outcome.

Reviews From our Satisfied Patients

  • "I would highly recommend Back In Action PT for all your injury needs. They took great care of my slightly bulging disk in my lower back. Christy and Sandy make a great team!"
  • "I rearrange my schedule to receive physical therapy care with Sandy and Christy. I was determined that I would not undergo shoulder surgery if I could just find the right care. I did. I will be released from the orthopedic within a month. It was several months but they never gave up on me and I appreciate it 100%."
